We have three trusted builders currently available to build in Trailhead at the Ponds: Kimberley Homes, Carrington Homes, and Richmond Custom Homes.
We require all buyers to provide Carrington Land with a refundable $15,000 compliance deposit. This deposit is to ensure that the architectural guidelines, landscaping guidelines and overall subdivision principles are adhered to. Once your home is fully built, you can apply for a home inspection through our architectural review agent. Once your inspection has been approved, we will refund your deposit.
Trailhead has 3 prominent architectural styles to choose from: Modern Farmhouse, Transitional, and West Coast Contemporary. The vision of the developer is to create a community where the quality, design, character and curb appeal of the homes highlights the diversity of the Okanagan Valley. In-ground only pools, hot tubs and spas are permitted. Pools, hot tubs and spas must be located between the residence and the rear yard and not within view from the street parallel to the front yard. A detailed landscaping concept plan is to be submitted for approval to the Design Consultant, and pools must be included prior to commencement of construction.
